Welcome to GLOZEN. By booking a class, purchasing training, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

“GLOZEN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [Your Legal Business Name].
“Participant” refers to any person attending a class or training session.
“Website” refers to www.glozen.co.uk.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance.

  • Walk-ins are not permitted due to limited headset availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • ​

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled class are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for transfer or credit (see Refund Policy).

  • If GLOZEN cancels a class, you will be offered a transfer or full refund.

4. Health & Participation

By attending a GLOZEN class, you confirm:

  • You are physically fit to participate.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

  • You understand breathwork and physical activity may increase heart rate and respiration.

GLOZEN reserves the right to refuse participation if it believes it is unsafe for an individual to continue.

Participation is at your own risk.

5. Breathwork Disclaimer

Certain sessions may include active breath techniques. If you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have cardiovascular conditions

  • Have high blood pressure

  • Experience dizziness or respiratory issues

  • ​

You must inform the instructor prior to participation.

Participants may modify or stop at any time.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Physical exercise involves inherent risk.

  • Injury may occur.

  • ​

GLOZEN is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Filming & Photography

Classes may occasionally be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.

Advance notice will be provided. Participants may opt out of appearing in recorded content.

Footage may be used on:

  • Social media

  • Website

  • Marketing materials

8. Instructor Training & Licences

Instructor training fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by GLOZEN.

​

Certification does not guarantee business success.

​

GLOZEN reserves the right to revoke instructor licences if brand standards are breached.

​

Licences are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

9. Intellectual Property

All content, choreography, branding, audio materials and training resources are the intellectual property of GLOZEN.

No material may be copied, recorded, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

​

10. Behaviour & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session for:

  • Disruptive behaviour

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Harassment

  • Failure to follow instructions

No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Copy or misuse content

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • ​

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
